AV and PA equipment require the booking of a GCYO Sound Engineer and require 4 weeks notice. Rental of any or all of the AV/PA equipment is $150.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours hire – Includes sound engineers time)

Hire Fee

  • From $131 per hour (2 hours minimum) + GST (effective Feb 2024). For permanent (weekly), full-day/ half-day, or educator rates, please email for a quote.
  • During heavy booking periods, non-refundable deposits may apply.
  • Hire fee is subject to change and is also dependent on additional equipment and assets required.
  • Hires may be subject to cleaning and other costs involved.
